Where It's Happening

Project Overview

Grooil, LLC holds a working interest position in the Dally Unit 1H well, a horizontal Eagle Ford Shale test well on the Heeler Prospect, a 1,018 net mineral acre contiguous lease block in Atascosa County, Texas — within the black oil window of the play, roughly 45 miles south of San Antonio. The well is operated by Alvarado 2014 LLC, which holds and operates additional producing wells within a few miles of the Heeler Prospect. Grooil has executed the Participation Agreement and Joint Operating Agreement with Alvarado, and is offering a portion of its position to accredited investors under a separate participation agreement with Grooil.

Nearby Offset Well Performance

The wells below are producing Eagle Ford Shale horizontals within roughly four miles of Dally Unit 1H, all but one operated by Alvarado 2014 LLC. Data is sourced directly from the Texas Railroad Commission's public Oil & Gas Production Data Query system. This is historical reference data for nearby wells, not a projection for Dally Unit 1H, which has not yet been drilled.

Illustrative Return Scenario

Built from real, public production data for two nearby recently-drilled wells — KH Sasser A 1H and KH Sasser B 1H — averaged and extrapolated to a 24-month cumulative type curve of approximately 109,700 barrels (100% working interest basis). This is not a projection for Dally Unit 1H, which has different geology, lateral length, and completion design.

Investment example
$25,000
Illustrative oil price
$75/bbl
Gross revenue (24 mo)
~$15,400
Net of severance tax
~$14,720

This 24-month figure reflects only a portion of expected total returns — producing horizontal Eagle Ford wells typically continue generating revenue for years beyond the initial window. This scenario excludes lease operating expenses, gas and NGL revenue, and joint interest billing deductions, and assumes a constant $75/bbl oil price. These figures are estimates for illustrative purposes only, are not a guarantee or projection of actual results, and past performance of offset wells is not indicative of future results. Full methodology and additional scenarios are available in the Investor Prospectus (PDF).
